Applying For A Wholesale Account

Who is eligible?

Businesses that are within the below industries are eligible for a wholesale account: 

– Printer/Embroiderer

– Merchandise

– Uniform

– Promotional

Can I share my wholesale account?

All approved wholesale accounts have their unique login details to access specific Active Basics tiered pricing.

This login is specifically intended for your company's use and only your companies use. Should you be found to be providing access to outside entities, your wholesale access will be revoked.

How do I apply?

1. View the wholesale tab on the main menu.

2. Click Wholesale Application

3. Submit your application & await approval.

Pricing

How do I gain access to better pricing?

We base our wholesale pricing tiers off annual order averages.

Tier 1 | 501-1000 units

Tier 2 | 251-500 units

Tier 3 | 101-250 units

Tier 4 | 20-100 units

Accounts are reviewed on an annual basis on 30th June.

Ordering

Do you have minimum order requirements?

No! We have no MOQ's, meaning that you can order as little or as much as you require each time you place an order.

Do you offer free samples?

Samples are to be purchased like normal orders. Should you have enquiries in regards to sample orders requirements please do not hesitate to contact caitlin@activebasics.com.au

Do you offer pre-orders?

Preorders are available on request only. Please email caitlin@activebasics.com.au

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, however there is a short window of time that you are able to do this. Please reach out to caitlin@activebasics.com.au in a timely manner should you need to cancel or make adjustments to your order.

Should you find that you have ordered the incorrect items upon receiving, you are able to return/exchange.

Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that contains a tracking link. For large bulk orders you may have multiple tracking codes.

What courier do you use?

All orders are shipped with AusPost standard (express post is available on request, please note for larger orders there may be an additional cost incurred).

Packing & Shipping Times

All wholesale orders are shipped out within 48hrs.

General Questions

Do you offer in-house printing?

No we do not offer in house printing. Should you require a printer recommendation please reach out to caitlin@activebasics.com

Are you able to provide quotes for printing costs?

No, we recommend for an accurate quote getting in touch with your local screen printer. While we supply the blank garments for rebranding, we do not have access to accurate printing costs as these vary on a job to job basis.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured in China. We strive to make sustainable decisions throughout our production & delivery processes.

Do you collaborate with businesses to create co-branded apparel?

We are open to co-branded collaborations! Contact caitlin@activebasics.com.au for collaboration opportunities.
